So on a scale of 1-10. I being "I was a couch potato this will make you think she's a taliban" and ten a "marathon runner" I didn't even break a sweat. How would you rank Jillian?

I've only done it a couple of days - but I have to admit to you ladies that although I don't need to lose weight I am VERY out of shape and my endurance and strength levels are.. well, embarrassing. ;)
In my opinion level one wouldn't be too bad for some one who regularly works out. I am just feeling the effects of 5 pregnancies in the past 8 years, some of them being on bed rest and modified bed rest, then years of a tired, sleep deprived fog, nursing, and not working out much. So, for me it was a little rough. I think my body will catch on soon and I will get into a good routine.
It is quite satisfying! - And seeing cute little boys try to do it is hil.ar.i.ous!!!

The shred kicks your butt if you do it the right way, for sure! I did it for 2 weeks and lost 7 lbs just on level 1 for week 1 and level 2 week 2! It works!
