I only take the ones that have the intoxicating mixture of peanut butter and chocolate - and a few others

Oh come on! I'm not the only one who does it.
Am I?

I look forward to my kids getting candy, so I can do the same thing. Only this year, Arika is older, and understands. But Lincoln's is all ours! hahaha!
So, Yes we do it too!

What is it about that deadly combo of peanut butter and chocolate that we can't resist? Oh yeah...my mouth is watering just thinking about it.

We took Savannah to our big fall festival shindig at church where they were giving away tons of candy, and my huge-sweet-tooth hubby actually said, "Nah, we don't need to get any." I just about fell over, but it was a blessing in disguise because you KNOW I would be munching on it right about now. :) Oh well. Better for the diet...that's what I keep telling myself. Enjoy about 13 pieces for me, will you?

Not at all! Guilty as charged, my friend. ; ) Reese's (and a few others) have never, ever been safe in our house!

I am appalled. I would never do such a thing. (wink, wink)

It is so hard not to steal their chocolate:) I've been good so far BUT that is because I have my own secret stash. lol

Isn't that why we have kids....*grin*. I let them keep about half of what they get.

You are definitely not the only one! I have the added excuse of a little one with almond allergy, so of course I have to eat anything that might contain a trace of nuts;)

It is called Mommy Tax! They should be thankful that Obama isn't president yet or the taxes would be higher!

LOL Too funny. :o) Where I work, the parents bring in the candy to share. . . Lots of goodies!!

No way! They never even notice they get so much darned candy! And the chocolate peanut butter ones are the best! Happy Halloween!

I usually ask mine if they will share a piece. One does not like chocolate candy bars and one does not like hard or chewy candy so I have learned which one will let me have what. Mine would notice if I took one. They always count the number of pieces they have. :) blessings.

that's the exact rule i live by...and why lily will be missing out on all forms of reese's and butterfingers.

i need to save her from a freak peanut allergy that may rear it's head on halloween...
