Wendi + 30 (lbs that is)

In case you have forgotten, or have NEVER seen it... It is your special day today! I was going through some old photos yesterday and found two that just kinda caught my eye; me with a 30 pound addition. :) Thought I would share. This picture was taken at the beginning of 2005. Three weeks before mister Jay made his grand appearance into our lives.

This one was taken at the end of 2006. Three weeks before Noe made his mellow entrance into our lives.

It was a little strange to see these. K was about 18 months old when we found out we were expecting Jay. He was 2 years and 2 months when Jay was born. Jay was 15 months when we found out Noe was on the way. In the picture above Jay was about 21 months. Noe will be 21 months in 5 days. It is different for me to not be pregnant as my baby approaches two this time. It's kind of been our thing. :) Obviously, given the recent months happenings in our lives there is an element of bittersweet. I'm so glad for God's wisdom. He really really knows.

I love prego pics. :) I'm just that peculiar. I loved being pregnant. I was fascinated with the way my body changed so swiftly with the lives I have carried. I'm really sappy and corny when it comes to all that stuff.

So how fun was that? Now I wanna see your bellies...

You are just beautiful and glowing! I love preggo pics and being pregnant too. I unfortunately don't have very many pictures of myself from that time...I think I was hiding from the camera because of all the weight I gained. :)

definitely love the pics. and definitely am praying for you as you continue in the bittersweetness...i'm sure the "mourning the loss" process continues far beyond when others tend to "forget" or move on. wendi, i love that a beauty radiates from within you...in your smile i see the light of Christ in your life.

You were a very glam expectant mama.
We also have done the "two year old and another one on the way", twice.
Now as my baby is approaching two it is a bit bittersweet that we won't be doing it again.
But I'm also really excited to see how much fun a two year old can be when I'm not spending hours a day with my head in the toilet!

There is no friggin way you're seeing my belly - preggo or not! :) Unfortunately the stress of pregnancy openned up a whole eating disorder - still a battle to this day! 80+ lbs!! I hope I never run across those pictures lol.

You however, look adorable! :)

Such sweet pregnancy pictures.
None for me ~ hystorectomy at 26 ~ adoption was God's choice for us.
Fun to remember though!

i am totally a belly person too! i just loved loved being pregnant. i can't wait to be pregnant again...but it's quite an emotional & financial step for us...so we just have to trust God in big huge healthy doses so that we can "make it happen."

i love your memories and i am sure that another pregnancy belly will be in the view in your future. :-)

That is one darling belly you have...and what an absolutely gorgeous pregnant lady you make. Praying God continues to heal and comfort your heart, as the waves of bittersweetness come and go.

huh, so you're one of THOSE women, huh? I suppose I would have enjoyed being pregnant more had I looked that fantastic, too. However, that was NOT the case... and so I regret to inform you that you will NOT be seeing preggo pictures of me posted on the web. I'm sure if you hit up Dala or Eddie and Sue they could help you out, though! hehe.

You are a beautiful woman anyway but just gorgeous, happy, and glowy in those images. God IS all knowing. Rest assured, he will restore what has been lost.

Well my youngest just had her first birthday and I posted a video starting with growing pictures of my belly so I think it is too soon to post more pregnant bellies! But you can check the video from Sept 14th if you'd like :) You are a beautiful pregnant mama by the way!
