I object!

Okay, what is up with the belly popping out at 7 weeks?! Wait, wait, wait, slow down! I am used to having my belly show up fairly early, because I am built pretty small. When I am pregnant it becomes quite obvious that my shape is changing. But when I say fairly early I'm talking about this happening early like 12 or 13 weeks; early. Not 7 weeks. I was excitedly looking forward to the pregnant belly. I actually love it when my belly begins to say to the world, "Hello! There is, indeed, a life in here!" But I was looking forward to that a couple of months from now. This belly is saying,"Hello! Yes I did, indeed, just eat an entire pizza and 5 doughnuts." And the thing is - I didn't. It just looks like I did. I was looking forward to posting cute belly pictures. No, there will not be a photo with this post. This is not cute. This is strange. Part of the oddity of it is the fact that I have lost 3 pounds since finding out about this baby. Lost weight, but belly popping out. Where's the logic? Objection! So, whether it is the fact that this womb had a wee one in it a year and a half ago, or that this womb has accomodated little ones 3 times already, or just the fact that chocolate has been a dear friend for the past couple of weeks - people, there seems to be a bit more to me than there was a couple of days ago. I will get used to it. It is for a wonderfully sweet reason, but still...really? Already??!

Dearest, these are the kicks with multiple pregnancies. I am conviniced the fourth pregnancy is a sort of turning point for the body, but I still HIGHLY recommend having 4 kids! Things will even out in your 2nd trimester. Kisses and hugs to all your angels!

I just hopped on over here from Brittany's site. I read on one of your comments that you delivered twins. Your children are precious. And from what I've read of you, thus far, you are amazing--and adorable. :)

Congrats on your new one in the works.

oh how i love that you are already seeing the evidence of this sweet life God is knitting together. though i suppose if it was me i might be objecting...although i don't have the slim figure to make it all that obvious...just looks like i'm getting extra padding in the beginning (as if i didn't have "enough" already!).

#4 did it for me. She was my c-section baby, and now I have a nice form fitting belt around my middle. And, well, we won't talk about that middle. It speaks a message all its own.
