My weekend was about...

...encountering wild foliage, that some would deem an annoyance, and considering it beautiful.

Crying over this book.

Watching a daddy/son moment that brought a huge smile to my face.

Tidying up the home.

Getting some much needed, and rarely experienced, rest.

Contemplating holiness.

Chocolate. Probably too much of it.

Some grumpiness.

Killing ants. Definitely too much of them. In my kitchen. Still making me grumpy.

Loving the vocabulary of my youngest, which is extending daily. Yesterday day I heard, "I wan book!" So sweet at almost 16 months! Don't know if any one else would've heard it the way I did, but his countenance lit up brightly when I grabbed his favorite book and began reading it. Seriously, if he were a dog his tail would've been wagging wildly, so I think I translated his words correctly!

Extensive talks with my Dave. Needing clarity on making decisions...

A little glimpse into the roller coaster that is me. :)

Hoping your weekend was sweet.
